What to eat today? Polski

Terms of Use

The “What to eat today?” app (“Co dziś zjesz?” in Polish) · effective 30 September 2026

The Polish version of these terms is the binding one; this is a translation.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Damian Olech, running a business as DAMIAN OLECH SOFTWARE, ul. Św. Maksymiliana 11C/26, 44-207 Rybnik, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6423238485, REGON 522357790, email: support@whateattoday.online.

These terms set out the rules for using the “What to eat today?” mobile app (the App). By using the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What the App does

The App suggests what to cook from the food you have at home. You can add products by hand, from a photo of your fridge or receipt and by voice; the App creates recipes with artificial intelligence, keeps a shopping list and offers a recipe catalog (“Discover”) with likes and comments.

You need an iOS or Android phone, an internet connection and an account created with Sign in with Google or Apple. The App is intended for people aged 16 or over.

4. Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes one AI-created recipe, one fridge or receipt scan, adding products by voice and by hand, the shopping list and previews of recipes in “Discover”.

Premium is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that gives you:

Adding products by voice is available to everyone, up to 30 recordings a day. The limits prevent abuse and cover the cost of AI services; you can see your current usage in Profile. Failed attempts, e.g. when the AI doesn’t respond, don’t count toward the limits.

We may change the plans and limits. We’ll give advance notice of changes to your disadvantage; they don’t apply to a subscription period you have already paid for.

5. Payments and subscription

6. AI-created recipes — important

Recipes, nutrition values and dish photos are created by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. Check the ingredients before cooking — especially if you have a food allergy or intolerance. The App leaves out the ingredients you mark as ones you don’t eat but doesn’t guarantee a recipe is free of them (e.g. in ready-made products, spices, sauces).

7. Comments and community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Comments must not contain content that is:

You can report any comment and block its author. A comment that receives several reports is hidden automatically. We review reports and may remove content and block or delete the account of anyone who breaks the rules. You can also report violations to support@whateattoday.online.

By posting a comment, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to display it to other users in the App for as long as it is published.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, name and logo are protected by law. You may freely use recipes for your own cooking. Mass copying of content, automated data collection (scraping), circumventing security measures and limits, and interfering with the App are not allowed.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the App running without interruption, but technical breaks or outages of external services (e.g. AI) may happen. We aren’t liable for the consequences of using recipes contrary to section 6, in particular without checking ingredients for allergens. These limitations don’t apply to liability towards consumers that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Complaints

Send complaints about how the App works to support@whateattoday.online, describing the problem and giving your account’s email address. We reply within 14 days. Send payment complaints and refund requests to the store (Apple or Google) where you bought the subscription.
